1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player") and 99an ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, accessing, or using the 99an platform at 99an.vip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 99an platform. 2. Eligibility

99an reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity from any user at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension until the matter is resolved. Accounts found in breach of eligibility criteria will be permanently closed and any outstanding balance may be forfeited at 99an's discretion.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of 99an features — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must register a personal account. The registration process requires accurate, complete, and current information. 99an is a one-account-per-player platform: each individual may hold only one active account. Opening duplicate accounts is a violation of these Terms.

• 99an reserves the right to conduct KYC verification on any account at any time. Players may be required to submit a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of ownership of a payment method used on the account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

99an accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. These are the primary supported payment channels for the Bangladesh market. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 99an does not charge a platform-side processing fee on deposits, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own standard transfer fees — these are outside 99an's control.

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same mobile wallet used for the corresponding deposit. This policy protects against money laundering and ensures player security. Withdrawals to a different wallet than the one used for deposit will not be processed. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 3 minutes for bKash and Nagad, though times may be longer in exceptional circumstances.

• All funds deposited to 99an must be used for platform activities. Deposits made solely for immediate withdrawal without gameplay — commonly referred to as "clean money" transactions — are not permitted and will be investigated.
• 99an reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure applied to all accounts.
• Withdrawals will not be processed on accounts under active investigation, accounts with unresolved KYC requirements, or accounts where suspected bonus abuse has been flagged for review.

99an does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The mobile wallet used for deposits must be registered in your own name. Any deposit received from a wallet registered to a different individual will be returned and the account will be subject to review.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

99an offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms published alongside each promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to that promotion in addition to these general Terms.

Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance of your account and are separate from your real-money cash balance. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. The specific rollover for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.

6. Responsible Gaming

99an is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is for entertainment purposes only. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at any time within account settings:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings. Limits take effect immediately when set; reductions apply immediately, while increases take effect after a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: set a notification after a defined play duration. This does not end your session automatically but prompts you to review your playing time.
• Cooling-off periods: temporarily suspend account access for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During this period you cannot log in or place bets. This takes effect immediately upon activation.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 99an. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanism designed to place bets or interact with the platform without direct human input.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or false identities, for the purpose of circumventing platform rules, claiming duplicate bonuses, or any other reason.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including sharing information about game outcomes, coordinating bets to exploit platform mechanics, or any form of chip dumping.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or using the 99an platform for any form of money laundering. 99an cooperates with relevant authorities and reports suspicious financial activity where required.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, game malfunctions, or any other platform vulnerability for financial gain. Any winnings generated through such exploitation are void and will be removed from the account.

99an's determination of whether a prohibited activity has occurred is final. Where 99an suspects a prohibited activity, it reserves the right to suspend the relevant account pending investigation, freeze any balance held, and permanently close the account with forfeiture of funds if the investigation confirms a violation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 99an platform — including the website design, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, text, and multimedia content — is the intellectual property of 99an or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content obtained from 99an without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of 99an's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a violation of applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99an shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. 99an's total aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

99an does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. 10. Amendments to These Terms

99an reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the platform after publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
